📌 Return Eligibility

🚨 IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We offer a 7-day return policy ONLY if you receive a DAMAGED or WRONG product.

👉 To request a return, you MUST provide:

  • Product photos

  • Product video

  • Unboxing video (mandatory proof)

❌ Without proper proof, returns will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

📦 Conditions for Return

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference issues

  • Minor color differences due to screen display

  • Used, damaged (after use), or tampered products

    • Clear description of the issue

    • Required proof (photos + videos + unboxing video)

  3. If approved, we will share return instructions

  • Refund will be processed only after product inspection

  • Timeline: 5–7 working days after approval

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided for damaged or incorrect products

  • Subject to product availability

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost will be covered only in valid cases

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
